How ordering works

From idea to collection in four steps

1. Tell us

Send the date, size, flavour and any inspiration photos.

2. Get a quote

We reply within one working day with a price and design idea.

3. Confirm

A 50% deposit secures your date.

4. Collect

Pick up from the café, boxed and ready. Local delivery available.

Cake order FAQs

At least 48 hours for single-tier cakes and two weeks for tiered or wedding cakes. Short notice? Call us and we will do our best.

Yes. We bake vegan and gluten-free sponges, but in a kitchen that uses gluten, nuts and dairy, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces.

We love inspiration photos and will create our own version in our style. We don’t reproduce characters, logos or another baker’s design.

Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before collection. EDIT: write your own policy here.

Yes, within 5 miles from £8. Tiered cakes are delivered and set up by our team.
