What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is a workflow automation platform, similar to Zapier or Make, that can run in the cloud or on your own server. It handles complex logic and AI steps well and costs far less at volume, so your automations stay affordable as you grow.
How long does a setup take?
A kit setup is usually done in a few days. Custom automations depend on the number of apps and steps involved; you'll get a timeline with your quote before any work starts.
Which apps can you connect?
Gmail, Google Sheets and Calendar, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, WooCommerce, Paystack, Stripe, PayPal, most CRMs and any tool with an API or webhook.
Do I need to keep paying you after the build?
No. Everything runs in your own n8n and Google accounts, and you own the workflows. Support and changes are available if you want them.
Can you automate WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) or a provider such as Twilio. I can capture orders and enquiries, send confirmations and route conversations to your team.
