Refund policy
All products are instant digital downloads, so sales are final once you can download the files. If something doesn't work as described, I'll fix it or refund you.
Digital downloads
You get the files straight after payment, so I can't take a product back once you can download it. For that reason, sales are final and I don't give refunds if you change your mind.
If you are in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases. For digital content that is available straight away, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to this at checkout.
When you will get a refund
Your legal rights always apply. You will get a full refund if:
- you were charged twice or by mistake
- the files are missing, damaged or won't open, and I can't send you a working copy
- the product is clearly not as described on its page, and I can't fix it within a reasonable time
Email hello@corneliusuni.com with your order email and what went wrong. Most issues are fixed the same day. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip or Selar.
Setup and custom services
For setups and custom work, any deposit, cancellation and refund terms are written in your quote before work starts.
