Digital products and prices

Products are digital downloads: templates, guides, spreadsheets, tools and workflow files. Nothing physical is shipped.
Prices are shown in US dollars (Selar also shows a naira price). Payhip or Selar may add VAT or sales tax for your country. If so, it is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees and no automatic renewals.
Where a bundle shows a higher crossed-out price, that is the total of the same products bought separately.
Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip or Selar, under their own terms. You get a download link straight after payment.
Product pages describe what's inside and what you need to use it, for example WordPress, Elementor or n8n. Please check these before you buy.

Your licence

When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it:

for one business (your own), or
if you are a freelancer or agency, for one client project per purchase.

You may edit the files as much as you like. You may not resell, share, give away or republish the files or any part of them as a template, kit or product, including on marketplaces or in free download sites. Demo photos keep their own licences, listed on the Credits page.

Setup and custom services

For done-for-you setups and custom work, I send a written quote with the scope, price and timing before any work starts. That quote, together with these terms, forms our agreement. Work is done in your own accounts, and you keep ownership of your accounts and data.

Third-party tools

Products work with third-party tools such as n8n, WordPress, Elementor, Google, Zoho, HubSpot and Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless I say so, and their names are trademarks of their owners. They may change their features, prices or rules, and you are responsible for following their terms, including the rules on reviews and marketing messages.

No guaranteed results

I build and test every product carefully, but I can't promise particular results such as more bookings, reviews, sales or rankings. Those depend on your business and on outside factors. Examples on this site are illustrations, not promises.

Liability

Products are provided as described on their pages. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Using this website

The text, design, images and code on this website belong to Cornelius Uni unless the Credits page says otherwise. Please don't copy them without permission. Links to other websites are for convenience, and I'm not responsible for their content.

Law and disputes

These terms follow generally accepted consumer and business law, including the consumer protection rules of the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can use your local courts. Please email me first. Most problems are solved quickly that way. EU consumers can also use a consumer mediator. Details are available on request.
