Does it replace OpenTable or ResDiary?

No. It is for restaurants that take bookings through their own website form, phone or WhatsApp. If you use a booking system already, BR04 review requests and BR05 daily list still help.

Is it hard to set up?

About 45 minutes with the guide: import the files, connect Google Sheets and email, fill in your details. No coding needed.

Do the review emails follow Google's rules?

Yes. Every guest gets the same polite request, with no rewards and no filtering of happy guests, as Google requires.

Do I need to pay for n8n?

n8n cloud has a free trial and paid plans. You can also self-host n8n for free.

Can I use it for a client?

Yes. One restaurant business per purchase: your own, or one client if you are a freelancer or agency. Please don't resell or share the files.
