Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. It uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, not unofficial tools that get numbers banned. Setup takes about 90 minutes the first time, mostly Meta's one-time business setup.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Only if you move it off the WhatsApp app, because a number can't be on the app and the API at the same time. Most businesses use a new number. You can test first with Meta's free test number.
Does WhatsApp charge for messages?
Meta charges per template message (reminders, welcomes, follow-ups), and rates depend on the country. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are not charged as templates.
Will the AI make things up?
It answers only from the business info you write in one settings box, and hands over to you for complaints, refunds and anything it can't answer.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. I can set up the Meta account, templates and workflows in your own accounts and test them with you. Book a setup.
Can I get a refund?
